Flight stimulator.
This has been mentioned by another prof who has lead team of student on WIG project.
At this moment, I don't fully understand what's the use for such a stimulator.
I am more concerned on how to obtain results from wind tunnel test.
And even before that, how to conduct a wind tunnel test in the first place.
Lastly, planning for spending is sth we need to sort out as well.
